Plot

About the Book

Raevyn’s Plight did not begin at a desk.

For decades the story lived quietly inside me, not as words on paper, but as something far more vivid. I would see them, the characters, the places, the moments, unfolding like scenes from a film playing somewhere just beyond waking life. Sometimes they came in dreams. Sometimes in flashes of thought.

But they were always there, waiting. Raevyn was the one who stayed with me the longest.

Over time I realized she carried pieces of my own spirit, my questions, my strength, my fears, and my hope. In truth, every character in this world holds a fragment of me. For many years the world of Raevyn existed only within my imagination. Until the day I finally chose to let it breathe on the page.
